Step One...
Sending us your logo, photograph, artwork, or text or any combination of the above or let us help you do the formatting.
TLM Promotionals's graphic arts department is ready to turn your customized, imprinted
T-Shirt concept into a reality. We can create, modify, tweak,
replicate, or produce any layout you need whether you are supplying text,
logo, photographs, or artwork, or any combination of these items.
Step Two...
Selecting the Shirt
Maybe you need something different for a particular event or promotion.
Maybe a pocket t-shirt, sport shirt, regular t-shirt, or even a bowling
shirt? TLM Promotionals Heat Transfers can be printed on ANY style shirt,
and ANY color of shirt, including dark colored
shirts! This gives you unlimited creative freedom
when designing your graphics! We can even print over
entire t-shirts!
Step Three...
Printing the Images
Full color digital images are printed at TLM Promotionals using special
printer/plotters. These machines are capable of creating images that
are good for all types of garments and for all colors including all dark
color shirts, whether grey, red, brown or black. The clarify of the
image, whether it contains 5 or 5000 colors, is astoundingly vivid, enabling
one to achieve nearly perfect photo-realism. Logo, text,
photograph, or artwork of any combination can be used for digital
imprinting.
Step Four...
Heat Transfer Press Equipment...to create a permanent, durable bond that will last for countless washing machine cycles.
Without our equipment, we can print any color, onto
any color of t-shirt, including white ink.
Even dark color t-shirts can be used in our processes.
We can also print over entire t-shirts for stand out
designs. TLM Promotionals uses Heat Transfer equipment, which allows us to have
very fast turnaround, and offer no minimum orders - perfect
for prototypes or short run orders. The process is fast, the materials
used are clean and non-toxic, and can include any image or combination of
images. We can print literally thousands of colors to create true
photo-realism. We have large format printers, which
allow us to cover an entire t-shirt, or other
garment with your graphics and artwork. Remember we can also
do large banners and posters, especially useful for your
trade show events. We can keep your designs on file,
